All clean, very good location and drinks. Fairly quiet unit with very comfortable bed❤

The property is immaculately clean, has good staff and rooms.

Central location right by Bullring, hill, the cathedral, it was in a domestic area.

Loved this place, it was overall clean and had perfect staff and food. Quite close to the airport, 20 km, perfect for an early flight. Extra special stay in what should be a great hotel, nothing too much trouble.

I appreciated its staff and location, truly lovely building. Consistently courteous staff were in front of the receptionist.

Everything was great, pleasant staff, perfect location just next door to all the chic shops, restaurants, shops, the children's hospital. There was a good choice of food for breakfast, everything was outstanding. It was an amazing stay, cosy place.

Very good check-in, very handy staff, fab location. The continental breakfast is generous, pastries and bread are good. Magnificent unit. Refreshing drinks at pool bar, efficient service.

Good choice for travelling to Birmingham and exploring local places. I appreciated having an electronic key card, multi-channel TV and ironing facilities. Breakfast with the sausages and the pandemic- croissants, for example.

Here I spent 1 night and I loved being in this place. The rooms with very comfortable bed, a fabulous bathroom and charging points.

Exceptionally polite staff, remarkable view, freshly prepared breakfast. Hotel was reasonably clean and the room was great value. Roof top bar with reasonably priced drinks. Pool was lovely and beds were good sized.

I liked skilled staff and interesting interior. The location was cool, at a near distance from a Georgian baroque cathedral. Breakfast was delightful and plentiful with breads and pastries.

The place was fine, fairly clean, had first class location and staff. The bathroom was luxury and the bed was comfy. Found in a commercial area. Plus, you could explore victoria square. It was great to have a bar in the reception.

Just a 10-minute stroll to the center. For lunch or dinner go to Opus Restaurant, located just walking distance from the hotel. Its deluxe room had nice furniture.

Excellent food and outstanding service provided with smiles. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like home is where that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Hotel was placed not far from such tourist sites as star city: D
